Board Vacancies:
Vice Chair:
- If the Chair is unavailable, unwilling, or unable to perform their duties, the Vice Chair will step in and take over. While doing so, the Vice Chair will have the same responsibilities and authority as the Chair.
- The Vice Chair also handles the usual responsibilities of the role, along with any other tasks the Board of Directors may assign from time to time.
- Anticipated Time Commitment: about 2 hours per month
Secretary:
- Maintain knowledge of the association’s governing documents and help ensure board activities align with them.
- Monitor follow-up actions agreed upon during board meetings.
