      MGMA has reserved a block of rooms until Tuesday, August 12, 2025, or until sold out, whichever comes first. After this date, reservations at the group rate will be accepted on a space-available basis only. Please note: If the room block fills before the cut-off date, MGMA may not be able to procure more rooms at the group rate.

      • Sleeping room rates are exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, currently 6% state, 9% city, and 1.75% county, and 1.25% San Antonio Tourism PID Fee.
      • The hotel’s check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. All guests arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available.
      • All rooms booked within the event’s room block will include complimentary guest Wi-Fi.
